You’ll discover how everyday household items can become powerful tools for relaxation and renewal, and learn how to create supported poses using pillows, blankets, books, and chairs you already own—no specialty equipment required. This workshop is perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners who are looking to deepen their self-care toolkit.
