TYH Gives Back: Community Yoga Class
Led by Pearl Bhasin, the community class is a two-hour journey that weaves movement, meditation, and meaningful dialogue, rooted in the Dharma tradition. The session will begin with an intentional asana sequence that opens the body and awakens inner awareness, followed by an intimate 10-minute Dharma Talk exploring the deeper philosophical threads of yoga and conscious living.
After our practice, we'll share a moment of connection over warm, healing tea—a space for reflection, conversation, and community. This special gathering will be hosted every alternate month, creating a consistent rhythm of collective exploration and growth.
50% proceeds will be donated to a local charity, amplifying our collective impact of wellness and compassion. This is more than a class—it's a heartful gathering where practice meets purpose, and individual journeys intertwine. Come as you are, contribute to collective healing, and experience the profound ripple effect of mindful community.
