    This is our signature class - a fixed sequence inspired by the traditional Ashtanga and Ghosh methods. This practice combines a series of classic postures with clear focus on alignment and awareness of breath. This is a multi-level class.

  • Powerful & Grounding

    A traditional method taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, which synchronises breath with precise movements to build strength, purify the body, and calm the mind. In this half-led Primary Series class, you'll flow through sun salutations, grounding standing postures, and key seated asanas. The consistent sequence creates a moving meditation, allowing you to develop awareness while being guided through this transformative practice that links each movement with breath (vinyasa).

    This 90 minutes session is a holistic yoga practice integrating asanas, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, and yogic philosophy. Maha Sadhana, which translates to "The Great Practice," is designed to integrate various aspects of yoga to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, guiding practitioners towards a balanced and peaceful life. Suitable for all levels.

  • Introspective and Strengthening

    Gokul Yoga is taught by Mahayogi Gokulacandra Das, and is based on the transformative elements of Thinking, Feeling and Willing (cintayanti, bhava and vasana). A system of Ha and Tha energetical locks (bandhas) draws the yoga practitioner inward, to approach Asana (physical poses) on a Prana (energetical) level, encouraging one to refine and align Asana from inside out, thus facilitating a deep and meditative yoga practice.

Suitable for all levels, this class creates space for women in every life stage - from menstrual cycles to fertility journeys, postpartum, and menopause - to move in ways that feel authentic and nourishing. Each session can be modified to support your current phase and energy level.

The class will begin with pranayama (breathing exercise) and then be guided to lie down, no movement is involved.

    Discover the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong, a holistic approach to balancing and harmonising your body's vital energy, or "Qi." In this class, you'll learn to:

    • Combine fluid movements, focused breathing, and mindful intention

    • Release stagnant energy and attune to your body's current state

    • Enter a state of dynamic relaxation through flowing, meditative movements

    After the routine, your body will be cleared of blockages and the Qi within will be flowing. This is the perfect time for meditation or a “Qi nap” to integrate the cultivated energy and to absorb the healing frequencies of the gong or singing bowls as they penetrate your cells and nervous system to clear stress and support your body's natural healing processes.
