What should I wear to the session?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.

What should I bring to the session?

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a journal if you want to record your breathwork journey after the session.

Can I consume food, alcohol, or caffeine before the session?

You may consume food at least 2 hours before the session. Avoid caffeine and alcohol as they can affect your breathwork experience.

What do I need to prepare if it is my first time doing breathwork?

Ensure you get enough sleep the night before and come with an open mind!

What if I am late to the session?

We recommend arriving to The Yoga House 10-15 minutes before the published time of the session. This allows for a gentle orientation to the surrounding environment and the other participants.

Kindly honor and respect each others’ time. The session will start promptly at the published time. Latecomers will not be admitted and not be refunded.
