Embodied Movement with Layla, April 18

The practice hold numerous benefits which include unwinding from physical and/or psycho-emotional tension, supporting nervous system regulation, deepening the mind-body connection, and encouraging authentic expression. The session will begin with a gentle grounding practice, followed by explorations that invite connection with your body. To close, we’ll enjoy a short sound bath.
