Their mission is to weave the world's premier breathwork practitioner network, offering a transformative practice, underpinned by safety, balance, and a rigorous scientific approach. A school with a team of experienced facilitators, Breathwork Bali is bringing its transformative power of breathwork to Singapore.

Join Breathwork Bali to explore the incredible potential of breath and embark on a journey of personal growth and well-being.

An overview of the two days

Join Breathwork Bali at The Yoga House for a two day intensive workshop: Exploring the depth of breathwork and non-ordinary states of awareness.

Part 1: Breathing Mechanics and Intro to Nervous System Function

While breathing remains an unconscious and automated process of the human system, the way we breathe - location, rhythm, depth - impacts our mental, physical and emotional state. The way we breathe influences the way we experience and respond to life.

In Part 1, we explore the anatomy and function of breath, and it’s direct and indirect relationship to the way our nervous system functions.

Part 2: Nervous System Health

The human nervous system is the communication highway through our body and mind.

In Part 2, we introduce the concept of nervous system regulation, what it means, and how our breath and patterns of behaviour are connected to stress cycles.

This weekend workshop will include:

  • Knowledge and lessons on the mechanics of breathing and its relationship to our nervous system (Day 1).

  • An introduction to nervous system health (Day 2).

  • Movement and breathing practices.

  • 2 powerful guided breathwork journeys in two days.

  • The opportunity to integrate and reflect on your own journeys based on the learning content.

  • Take home practices.

More about the Breathwork Modality

Breathwork Bali is facilitating a pioneering approach to breathwork, designed to bolster human capacity and resilience. Participants will be guided to let go of using their minds to control their breath through a facilitated focus on where breath is or can flow in the body, and where it is restricted, by using technical bodywork, movement, and verbal cues.

By reaching a state in which one is both consciously aware and subconsciously breathing, the facilitator assists the participant to allow the body to experience different breath patterns. These patterns are thought to be linked to specific emotions and events, and the act of processing what the body yields in a breathwork session can result in new realizations and insights.
