Merdin is a certified yoga teacher and has been teaching since 2014. She hopes to inspire holistic well-being through the transformative practice of yoga. With a diverse background in various yoga style and practices, Merdin brings a unique and nurturing approach to her teaching, empowering students to discover their inner strength, balance, and peace.
Guided by the philosophy that yoga extends beyond the mat, Merdin encourages her students to integrate the principles of yoga into their daily lives. Her sharings reflect the belief that yoga is a journey of self-discovery, promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Beverley she embarked on a transformative journey into the world of yoga, fueled by a passion for movement and a commitment to well-being. Despite entering the practice without a fitness background, Beverley's dedication led her to become a certified yoga instructor in 2016.
Beverley's approach goes beyond the physical postures—she recognises the profound impact of intentional movement on both the body and mind. Her classes are a testament to her encouraging spirit and firm belief in the power of movement for individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
