Tibetan Bowl Sound Meditation with Mayuko, September 30

Originating from the Himalayan region, the Tibetan bowl sound meditation is a deeply immersive and spiritual practice that combines the rich tones of the traditional Tibetan singing bowls with the art of meditation.

In this session, participants are gently invited sit or lie down comfortably and focus their attention on the sounds and vibrations, using them as a focal point for their meditation. As the bowls are played, their vibrations permeate the room, creating a therapeutic atmosphere that resonates with the body’s energy centers. This practice is accompanied by deep and mindful breathing, helping participants enter a state of relaxation and heightened awareness.

This practice is suitable for everyone, especially for individuals seeking mental clarity, and a deeper connection to their spiritual journey.
