About Jasmine

Jasmine is a E-RYT500 yoga teacher. She specialises in teaching Navakarana and is also trained in vinyasa, hot, pre & post-natal and yin since 2014. She has recently completed her kids yoga & aerial teacher training. She believes in making mindfulness relevant for kids, helping them develop awareness of their emotions and techniques for self-regulation, through fun and play!
