5-Week Fertility Yoga Program with Diana, October

Program Structure

This 5-week journey is divided into two essential parts:

1. Sharing circle | Sunday, October 27

This opening circle offers a space for building new friendships, share information, and navigate the emotional roller coaster of the conception journey. The session includes calming breathing exercises, guided meditation, and a gentle yoga flow. Our circle is designed to foster connection, offer emotional comfort, and explore practical ways to navigate challenges together.

2. Yoga Stretch and Relax Flow | Sundays, November 3 / 10 / 17 / 24

Our weekly sessions focus on a yoga sequence tailored to the different stages of a woman’s ovulation and menstrual cycle. This class aims to enhance relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall reproductive health through gentle stretches and mindful movements.

Whether you're just beginning your path to motherhood or seeking to reconnect with your body's wisdom, join us to discover inner peace and vitality. Open to all levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring an open heart. All participants will receive a Fertility & Wellness Guide by The Yoga House.

About Diana

Diana’s journey with yoga has been transformative through her years of practice. With over 10 years of teaching experience, Diana felt called to delve into the maternal aspect of yoga, supporting women through significant life transitions, especially through pregnancy and childbirth. She is also certified in Fertility Yoga, allowing her to support women on their fertility journeys with specialised techniques to enhance reproductive health. Her empathetic approach fosters a safe and supportive space, providing solace and guidance for those embracing transformative journeys. Additionally, Diana is certified in Kids Yoga, bringing her expertise to young practitioners as well. Her classes guide you to move beyond just the mat, embodying a sense of community and well-being.
